ANSWERS
- Is it hard to use a security system?
No. It's very simple to use and we will show you how. As soon as your system
is installed we will be happy to show you, your employees or your family
what to do. We will also go through the procedure if you have a false
alarm.
- What if I cause a false alarm?
Just shut your system off and call the monitoring station (the number
on the keypad) and give them your "personal ID code" and tell
them it's a false alarm. This ensures the gaurd will not be dispatched to your
premises.
- Who responds to alarms at my premises?
When we install the alarm system we will sit down with you and establish
a personal list of people to respond to alarms for you. When you sign up for our Guard Service, our guards will respond first to all alarms in the City of Grande
Prairie.
- What if my employees change?
Just call our office, identifing yourself with your ID code, and we can
do access code changes and issue new "personal identification codes".
- What if there's a cat or dog on the premises?
No problem! We offer special detectores which provide a customized pet
"alley" so you can still have motion detectors in your premises.
